Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vermont Department for Children and Families, Family Services Division, (hereinafter called DCF) is seeking to establish a service agreement with an organization that can provide statewide administrative services for the Prevention & Stabilization Services for Youth & Families (PSSYF) Programs. Services will include compliance monitoring of PSSYF contractors statewide, including facilitation of annual site visits, file reviews, evaluations, and corrective action as needed. The contractor will also manage data collection and reporting using a template provided by DCF. The contractor will provide and organize training for direct service providers. Services will be provided in coordination with DCF Central Office. The Contractor shall provide: a. Compliance monitoring: site visits (minimally annual, more if indicated by program performance), file reviews, evaluations, and corrective action as directed by DCF. b. Monthly and annual regional and statewide data collection and reporting as defined by DCF. c. Support local providers with accessing training resources as identified by DCF and direct service providers.
