Specifications include, but are not limited to: Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC), and the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT), require services from firms who are experts in the disciplines of Architecture, Engineering, and Transit Operations to provide design, inspection, and commissioning services. The Department will work together with the selected firms to design, manage, and inspect construction of various transit and transportation facility-related projects. The selected firms must understand and have the necessary resources for transit security analysis and design; as well as, fire protection engineering analysis and design. Additionally, selected firms must be able to support FTA project commissioning requirements. Lastly, the selected firms must offer construction inspection, code required inspections and material testing services.
