Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful bidder shall make two (2) PM visits per year for the purpose of inspecting the emergency generators. The two (2) visits a years will be done in six (6) month intervals and include one (1) Minor PM visit and one (1) Major PM visit which are defined below for units one (1) through five (5). The sixth unit located at the Wastewater Treatment Facility will receive two (2) Minor PM visits a year. Inspections shall be coordinated a minimum of 48 hours in advance. The successful bidder shall coordinate inspections with a City of Seaford representative to access the locations. The successful bidder will be required to attend an orientation meeting with the City representative to familiarize themselves with city personnel and facilities in advance of inspections. All inspections shall be performed during regular business hours and the successful bidder shall provide two (2) written copies of the inspection report within ten (10) days following each inspection detailing the work performed, any abnormal conditions, items in need of repair and the required estimate for repairs.
