Specifications include, but are not limited to: ACC requests that the selected proposer provide a full range of professional services for this project including (but not limited to): A turnkey solution that delivers: 1. A suitable strategic corporate partner(s) or a building designed to attract a suitable strategic corporate partner(s) for ACC. 2. Immediate benefits to the college, both academic and financial 3. A proposed design of the building and space that is consistent and harmonious with ACCs expressed design goals, as demonstrated in the ongoing renovation of the former JC Penney space 4. All necessary permitting 5. Provides a full financing option on terms acceptable to the College 6. Responsibility for all construction activities.
