Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Oakhurst Area office all materials, labor, tools and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance service on the elevator equipment, including all labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Elevator Maintenance and Incidental Repair Services. a. Contractor shall systematically examine, adjust, and lubricate the elevator to provide preventative maintenance as per manufacturer’s instructions. in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. b. Contractor must possess and maintain throughout the term of the agreement a valid C-11 California Contractors State License Board Specialty License. c. All work shall be performed by skilled elevator persons directly employed and supervised by contractor, and these persons are to be paid at the prevailing rate of wages for the corresponding class of laborers in the locality where the work is being performed.
