Specifications include, but are not limited to: The evaluator's work will include: 1. Provid ing program evalua tion serv ices for the federal (USDOL) TAACCCT gra nt (fouryear evaluation period). 2. Writing a det ailed evaluation plan for submission to USDOL prior to June 30,2014, to be not more than 30 pages in length (double-spaced, 12-po int font). 3. Providing accurate and objective qu antitative and/or qu alitati ve interim reports at 12, 18, and 30 months outlining evaluation findin gs to-date for submiss ion to DOL, and to inform the program's continuo us improvement efforts. Areas of discussion sho uld include: program ad ministra tion, program design, the extent to wh ich these activ ities we re implemented within the expected limeline, any key cha llenges associated with implementat ion, the accomplishments associated with these activit ies (preliminary q ua ntita tive an d q ualitative outcomes), and any lessons learned or promising
