Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Payroll set‐up for 24 Vermont ECO AmeriCorps members 2. Biweekly payroll processing Process bi‐weekly payroll for members, to include direct deposit via Automated Clearing House. Provide online access for member self‐serve, including capabilities to view current payroll information, history, address changes, direct deposit changes, etc. Provide customer support to DEC and members. 3. Expense reimbursement Process monthly expense reimbursement for members following periodic (monthly is anticipated) member submittal of expense reimbursement form developed by DEC. 4. Tax Filing Calculate, deposit, file and reconcile federal, state, and local payroll taxes. Provide online tax filing reports that are updated with each payroll processing. 5. New Hire Reporting Automatically register all newly‐enrolled members within a 7‐20 day timeframe.
