Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Paint walls of both office spaces, neglecting window trims. Paint color to be determined by department heads. 2) Work must be coordinated to occur during other office upgrades. These offices will have new carpet tiles and furniture installed. Painting should be completed in a timely manner to allow carpeting and furniture installation to commence. 3) Perform work in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, codes, and ordinances of local, state and federal authorities, and in accordance with the requirements of public utility corporations having jurisdiction over the work. 4) Obtain and pay for necessary permits, licenses and certificates and give notices as required during the performance of the work. 5) Coordinate work with CIP Manager or Project Coordinator to minimize disruption and displacement of employees. The offices will not be occupied during painting, but the rest of the building will be.
