Engines meeting T4f emissions rating by use of mass EGR only will not be accepted b. Cold weather starting aid, (ether) c. Air cleaner with Turbo II or manufacturer’s equal precleaner and restriction indicator. Manufacturer’s equal precleaner shall be approved by the NDDOT d. Spin-on throw-away type oil filter e. Engine block heater largest available for 110 volt system f. Antifreeze to -40 degrees F, Extended Life Coolant g. Fuel tank capacity, 100 gallons h. OEM factory installed fuel heater water separator. If not available from the factory the dealer must provide and install a Davco 382, Parker/Racor 800 or approved equal (specify what you are providing)
