Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnishing all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous items necessary for the complete construction of new and/or renovated HVAC equipment and associated appurtenances in three buildings on the Austin Bergstrom International Airport campus. Site No. 1 includes the removal and replacement of multiple air handling, chiller, and condensing units, reconfiguration of select building ductwork, and installation of two new mechanical closets with associated electrical improvements. Site No. 2 includes removal and replacement of CRAC and condensing units and installation of new ductwork in the small server room. Site No. 3 includes removal and replacement of air handling, condensing, and PTAC units and select duct work reconfiguration. All sites include new Building Management Systems (BMS) with BACnet compliant hardware and software for integration with existing Alerton BMS. All sites include traffic barricades associated with staging and work areas.
