Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional engineering service needs are anticipated for multiple facilities across the State of Texas, with the majority of the work in Austin, representing a wide variety of building/occupancy types. Specific projects are likely to be identified that are predominately: 1) Renovations 2) Alterations 3) Building System Improvements and 4) Building Code Compliance. Each project will be assigned to a PSP which will provide the required professional disciplines with its own forces or qualified professionals subcontracted to the PSP. It is anticipated that most IDIQ assignments will be of a value less than $100,000. Specific projects are likely to be identified with newly installed HVAC systems newly constructed facilities or additions to facilities that include new HVAC systems. PSPs selected will meet the requirements outlined below and will be included on a list of PSPs that may be chosen to provide evaluations, studies, reports, preliminary construction costs and time schedule estimates, measurements, testing, contract administration, project analysis, design, detailed on-site inspection/observation and project studies on various projects as they relate to HVAC Testing and Balancing and HVAC design.
