Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this Request for Qualifications is to solicit proposals from qualified consulting firms provide Red Clay Consolidated School Ditsrict with all Environmental Consulting Services. These services would include but not be limited to asbestos and lead paint/water testing and consulting, AHERA compliance surveys, indoor air quality reviews and resolutions, environmental industrial hygiene testing and monitoring, Laboratory Analysis, environmental due diligence services (Phase I, II ESAs), storage tank compliance services, construction management, design of remediation specifications, cost estimates, and environmental training at all schools in the District.
