Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide electrical service to trench, install conduit, and wiring for the new Modular Trailer that will be used for the training officer’s storage at the CHP Oroville Area office. The Contractor shall follow all the building codes and regulations. Work shall be done in accordance with the following specifications: 1. Contractor is responsible to supply a 50 amp 120/240 volt, single phase electrical feed to the modular trailer in the back of the rear secure parking lot. 2. Contractor is responsible to change the main breaker on the modular trailer from a 125 amp breaker to a 50 amp breaker. 3. Contractor is responsible to supply the electrical feed to originate from Panel A in main electrical room. 4. Contractor is responsible to run approximately 230’ of 1” conduit with 3 #4AWG and 1 #8AWG ground. 5. Contractor is responsible to trench approximately 70’ through the rear secure parking lot to the modular trailer. 6. Contractor is responsible to install a christy box approximately 35 feet from the back of the auto shop for possible access at a later date. 7. Contractor is responsible to install 2 extra 2” conduits in the trench 1 terminating at the newly install christy box and the other to run to the modular trailer for future use. 8. Supply a 125 Amp panel with service disconnect to the Conex Box installed for evidence. 9. Run electrical wire to the conex box to supply power for a 15K PTAC HVAC unit, LED lighting and outlets. 10.Contractor is responsible to install a 5/8”X8’ ground rod for the modular trailer. 11.Contractor is responsible to repair any asphalt damaged during this project along with sealing said repairs. 12.Contractor is responsible to keep work area free and clear of all debris at all times. 13.Contractor is responsible to remove and dispose of all debris every day. 14.Contractor to warranty workmanship for 1 year.
