Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm(s) will be responsible for the design components of various projects as determined by the San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA). This will include providing lead services as part of a team of sub-consultants that may include but not limited to: Structural Engineers Mechanical Engineers Electrical Engineers Landscape Architect Civil Engineers Geotechnical Engineers Interior Design and Communications / Technology. The successful firm(s) may provide the following services that include but are not limited to: 1. Preparation of drawings and schematic design to include architectural, landscape architectural, civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, HVAC and fire protection. 2. Preliminary Drawings, Cost Estimates and or other services required for the Board approval process. 3. Design Development. 4. Preparation of Construction Documents 5. Other services as required: Administration, Construction Management, Construction Inspection, Project Management.
