Specifications include, but are not limited to: Some of the requirements of this contract will be, but are not limited to, the following: - Review of design documents for balance ability. - Witnessing of all air leakage and hydronic pipe pressure tests. - Witnessing or performing special tests on equipment prior to submittal. - Airflows (CFM) and water flows (GPM) balanced to specified quantities for each piece of air handling/ventilation equipment of fan. - Control system verification by documenting sequences for each system, performing point-to-point verification and adjusting the temperatures by rending all controlled spaces. - Verification of smoke control matrix and documentation. - Smoke control system testing to design standards. - Sound testing in a minimum of 50 areas by establishing a RC curve. - Opposite season adjustment of heating and cooling systems. - Reporting by systems. - Recommend any changes or replacements to the sheaves, belts, dampers, valves, etc. required for correct balance - Coordinate the completion of any TAB services with the Contractor to ensure completion prior to District occupancy. - Reporting any balancing malfunction immediately for correction
