Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Castle County Department of Special Services, in an attempt to better serve New Castle County Park users, is categorizing our vendor permits as follows: 1. Food: (pizza, hot dogs, sandwiches, hamburgers, soda, lemonade, iced tea, hot pretzels, chips, candy, etc.). 2. Ice cream: Will be popsicles, water ice, chips, pretzels, sodas, popcorn, candy bars, etc. New Castle County will permit vending in parks as follows: 1 food and 1 ice cream vendor at: Banning, Brandywine Springs, Betchel, Bonsall, Papermill, Powell Ford, River Road, Talley Day, and Weiss Parks 2 food and 2 ice cream vendors at Glasgow Park 1 food vendor for soccer fields only at Delcastle Recreation Area.
