Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) is seeking to establish open-end task order agreements with up to two (2) full-service advertising/marketing firm(s) to assist with various public outreach services on as-needed basis for a 3-year term. These agreements will be an allinclusive resource that can be used when there is a recognized need for public relations, marketing, or advertising assistance for any of its Divisions, including the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC). Typical assignments may be related to specific construction projects, general safety concepts, motor vehicle or toll operations initiatives, or overall department education and/or promotion. The Department may also build on effective elements of existing marketing initiatives such as the marketing of the E-ZPass tolling system and Work Zone Safety. Services may include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Provide outreach strategy development services. 2. Preparation of strategic planning and media plans to include purchase of radio and print advertising. 3. Provide supportive services for public awareness initiatives. 4. Perform social media coordination, design, and monitoring services. 5. Design and graphics creation of various marketing materials/handouts, brochures, projectspecific giveaways, and other items for education and public awareness. 6. Provide billboard or bus/van promotions and advertising.
