Specifications include, but are not limited to: University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB) requests proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide portable HVAC and other equipment for emergencies and disaster recovery meeting the following minimum specifications stated in this Section. The Seller shall furnish all material, tools, and labor to temporarily install air-cooled chillers, water-cooled chillers, boilers, cooling towers, generators, and accessory items as needed at designated sights on the UTMB campus as requested by UTMB. The Seller shall be responsible for the performance of all equipment provided. The Seller shall provide technical assistance by personnel in the set-up, start-up, and removal of the equipment. UTMB may also request this equipment under normal operating conditions.
