Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Garland Independent School District (GISD) is hereby seeking proposals and pricing from vendors authorized to distribute and sell HVAC Boiler Equipment, parts and supplies. The district currently and primarily utilizes Weil McClain, Kewanee, Cleaver Brooks, Lockinbar, Dunkirk, Burnham and Bryan Brand Boilers, as well as rooftop and wall pack units such as Lennox, Carrier, Trane, McQuay within 82 district facilities. Therefore, the district is hereby seeking to award to vendor(s) who will provide the district with the best overall value for equipment, parts and supplies to facilitate district HVAC repairs, replacement parts, and preventative maintenance as needed.
