Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Minot, North Dakota is requesting sealed bids for salvageable items, located within structures that were purchased by the City for the flood control project. Items will be sold as-is with no guarantee or warranty to their condition or soundness. Items are being sold as a package, not individually. The winning bidder acquires rights to all advertised salvageable items within the structure at the designated address. Items must be removed at winning bidder’s expense, within two weeks of bid award. Items left beyond timeframe are considered forfeited and subject to demolition with the structure. Exceptions require City approval. Access to structures shall be coordinated through the City of Minot Property Maintenance department and winning bidder shall ensure structure remains secure upon departure. Debris and/or damage created by item removal shall be the winning bidder’s responsibility.
