Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will perform or cause to be performed, at a minimum, the following items at least 2 (Two) days per week on Tuesday & Friday, unless noted differently below. 1. All floors will be swept, wet mopped and buffed as required. 2. All carpets will be vacuumed and cleaned as required. 3. The window sills, desks, benches, water fountain, and fixtures will be dusted, scoured, and polished. 4. Front entry/Vestibule windows and doors are to be dusted, scoured and polished. All outside windows are not included in this RFP as they are the responsibility of Main Street Landing, LLC. 5. Both common area restrooms will be maintained in a clean, sanitary, and odor-free condition, including cleaning and disinfecting toilets, glass mirrors, countertops and sinks. Common area restroom dispensing equipment and supplies on the first-floor restrooms will be inspected and replenished per visit of the following: a. Antibacterial hand soap with lotion/hand wash for Touch-Free Automatic Foam Soap Dispenser in each restroom b. Install and maintain plug in air fragrance dispenser refills in each restroom c. Individual 2-Ply Bath Tissue - White or equivalent d. Tampon and sanitary napkins for dispensers in Women restroom Install paper towel dispenser in both bathrooms and maintain supply of paper towels Additional supplies will be left out in an area that is easily visible to cover the periods of high usage. 6. Empty all trash containers and replace trash container liners as needed. Garbage is to be sorted, bagged and be disposed of off-site by the contractor. 7. Interior side of all windows will be cleaned and washed. Windows, doors and sills will be spot cleaned and washed as required to maintain a presentable appearance, as defined by the State of Vermont, Agency of Transportation Rail and Aviation Bureau Property Management Section 8. Visually inspect all areas for working lighting and plumbing. Replace any necessary light bulbs and document and report any plumbing issues to the VTrans’ Rail and Aviation Bureau Property Management Section Chief or his designee. In the case of an emergency, a temporary plumbing repair may be necessary outside of what a licensed technician should perform.
