Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove and properly dispose of the existing structural steel located at the roof of the tank as indicated on the contract documents. This includes complete removal of all steel plates and structural support members. 2. Inspect the condition of the remaining existing steel in coordination with the engineer. Repair all deteriorated areas identified by the engineer prior to installation of the new structural supports. 3. Provide a new structural framing system as indicated in these specifications. 4. Provide a new structural steel plate as indicated in these specifications. 5. Remove and replace existing collar splice for vent pipe, and add diaphragm plates for additional support as shown on the plans. 6. All work not specifically listed in a bid form pay item shall be incorporated into the lump sum/unit pay items listed
