Specifications include, but are not limited to: At a minimum, the scope of work will consist of the following: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and Energy Management System Engineering Services: 1. Develop complete turnkey construction documents, including all necessary MEP and Energy Management System engineering design plans and specifications for the replacement of all the HVAC equipment and EMS controls equipment for the entire school. 2. Provide on-site project supervision, inspection and full contract administration services by a Licensed Engineer (in the State of Texas), of all the HVAC equipment and EMS controls equipment for the entire school. Daily inspections and observations of project site by a Licensed Engineer will be required. 3. Develop MEP engineering designs, conduct feasibility studies, commissioning, assessments, analysis, and evaluations of all the HVAC equipment and EMS controls equipment for the entire school and provide recommendations and construction documents as required. 4. Conduct building feasibility and/or commissioning studies of all the HVAC equipment and EMS controls equipment for all the school's MEP and Energy Management facilities operating systems, conduct energy engineering audits and investigation studies and reports, conduct forensic engineering investigations and reports, conduct systems evaluation and design, develop instrumentation and control analysis and reports, provide electrical power analysis and design, lighting design, electrical controls and design, and all electrical systems and components upgrades and retrofits as required
