Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop complete turnkey construction documents, including all necessary MEP and Energy Management System engineering design plans and specifications for the replacement of all the HVAC equipment and EMS controls equipment for the entire school. Provide on-site project supervision, inspection and full contract administration services by a Licensed Engineer (in the State of Texas), of all the HVAC equipment and EMS controls equipment for the entire school. Daily inspections and observations of project site by a Licensed Engineer will be required. Develop MEP engineering designs, conduct feasibility studies, commissioning, assessments, analysis, and evaluations of all the HVAC equipment and EMS controls equipment for the entire school and provide recommendations and construction documents as required.
