Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Wash all exterior wood, metal, concrete and stucco surfaces of the exterior building prior to scraping, sanding or priming. 2. On all work surfaces, remove all peeling, scaling and old failing paint layers and caulking. 3. Remove old caulking in joints between wood and masonry or metal. Clean substrates prior to application of new caulking. 4. Fill any nail or other holes, cracks, joints or other penetrations on exterior surfaces. 5. Painting entire exterior of building, except for brick and areas identified by FM. 6. The cost of paint, caulk and any other supplies. 7. All labor, materials, delivers, covering, clean up and any other costs. 8. The amount of time that will be needed to complete the work as well as an available start date(s). All services are to be performed in a professional manner. 9. Any exterior wood surface identified by the contractor to be so deteriorated that replacement is necessary will be marked for identification, photographed and catalogued for reference purposes.
