Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of, but is not limited to renovations to the existing historic log lodge including, but not limited to: Site utilities; selective demolition; foundation excavation; foundation dampproofing and drainage; stone masonry cleaning and restoration; log repair and replacement; rough carpentry, including structural wood repairs; finish carpentry; window renovation; door renovation and relocation; door hardware; painting/finishing; mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. Utility upgrades are to include, but not limited to: The installation of a new in-ground leachfield. The installation will include a septic tank and a heavy duty pump station and associated equipment, materials and piping to complete a fully functioning wastewater system for the lodge occupants and future buildings to utilize. New telecommunication/coax conduits and electrical service to be installed from the Lodge to the CCC Barn.
