Specifications include, but are not limited to: The applicant will assist the State in implementing priority river corridor easements. Applicants will submit a list of easements to be developed and implemented and will include the following activities (some or all may be required on each individual easement): • Drafting of conservation documents; • Complete property survey, map and project location (latitude and longitude); • Complete title search and insurance; • Complete baseline documentation report; • Signed purchase and sale agreement; • Signed conservation easement, including the State as a third party beneficiary; • Filed legal documents for stewarding easement and long term monitoring; • Delivered all final documents to the State; • Completed final performance report documenting for each easement, the location (e.g. latitude and longitude and river segment identification number(s)), acres conserved, linear feet of river length conserved, and measures of additional restoration work, if applicable (e.g. acres of buffer planted).
