Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Sussex County Council is hereby soliciting statements of qualifications and experience from firms to provide professional environmental as well as engineering services for development of environmental remediation projects and programmatic assistance in setting up storm water management districts and/or stormwater management banking in the Inland Bays and the Sussex County portion of the Chesapeake Bay watersheds. The scope of services will include but is not limited to: Survey, planning, drafting Code for programmatic governance, environmental assessment and remediation, science based development of nutrient loading baselines, engineering design of water quality as well as runoff reduction projects, construction management assistance and other services as needed.
