Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Rosenberg (City) is seeking an architecture firm to provide services needed by the City for the design of the Seabourne Creek Park Nature Center. The project area is located in Seabourne Creek Park on the east side of State Highway 36 approximately one half (1/2) mile south of Interstate 69. The consultant will perform architectural, engineering and construction phase services associated with the new Nature Center and Landscape Development for the Seabourne Creek Nature Center. The facility should be approximately 8,000 gross square feet in size and will include an interactive education space, small classroom, pavilion, and support spaces. Additionally, the project includes revised parking and drop-off area, nature play, trails and other appropriate outdoor educational opportunities. The design of the project is funded by the City of Rosenberg and Rosenberg Development Corporation (RDC).
