Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Purchasing & Contracting (OPC) is seeking to establish Project Management Services with one or more individuals or companies, that can provide Project Management Services for project design and construction oversight for various statewide projects for the Design and Construction Division of Buildings and General Services (BGS). This contract addresses the services required for programming, designing, permitting, bidding and/or construction and project closeout. We are seeking Contractors who can deliver projects on time and on budget, are resourceful, flexible, innovative, and willing to be a partner with BGS in successfully managing building projects.
