Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Proposer (also referred to as the “Contractor”) shall provide services for: CSNC is requesting transportation services for our elementary and middle school. CSNC requires 16 buses to transport students from Kindergarten to 8th grade. All buses should arrive at the school no later than 7:40 am and depart the school for dismissal no later than 3:30 pm. Safe and reliable, on-time delivery of general education and special education students to and from school on a daily basis for all eligible students at the school. Efficient routing of all regular education, special education, and other transportation needs of the school, including but not limited to extra-curricular routes and field trips, as outlined in the Contract. The CONTRACTOR may alter any of the existing routes of the school, so long as all routes conform to all federal and state laws, as well as policies of CSNC and all routes are approved by the CSNC administration prior to implementation. Student discipline in cooperation with CSNC administrators, and as mandated by, the Schools Policies, as the same may be amended from time to time by the CSNC Board of Directors. Effective communication with CSNC including, but not limited to, the School’ s administration, Board of Education, bus drivers, mechanics, transportation secretaries, parents, students and the community
