Specifications include, but are not limited to: Item #1 Maintenance activities A. Mow and trim grass in existing mowed areas once per week to maintain an ordinary lawn condition, i.e. maximum height of grass shall not exceed 4” between each mowing. B. Clear and properly remove or dispose of branches, deadfalls, rocks, etc. C. Maintain grounds in neat and clean manner, including removal and proper disposal of trash, litter, etc. D. Clean out and maintain grills. Dispose of ashes in a proper manner. E. Clean outhouse and keep supplied with paper. Notify State if pumping is required. F. Distribute picnic tables at beginning of season and collect and store tables under shelter at end of season. Item #2 Other Maintenance activities, as authorized by the State prior to performance A. Undertake minor repairs and painting to picnic tables, structures, grills, etc., as needed to keep facility in a good and presentable condition. Alternate Item #3 Operations (Gate Keeper) A. In general, it is anticipated that the gate will be maintained in the open position at all times. However, if it is found that unauthorized camping or night time use of the property is occurring, as directed by the State, open (unlock) the gate, every morning, seven (7) days a week by 9:00AM and close (lock) the gate every evening at twilight. Check the area to be sure everyone is out before locking the gate in the evening.
