Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) develop or enhance peer-based recovery support networks across South Dakota that target individuals and families affected with or by opioid abuse or misuse, and b) design and create training and education modules for employee/management audiences that can be used within South Dakota businesses to increase public awareness of peer-recovery supports available for individuals and their families impacted by opioid use. Funds through this solicitation are intended to build capacity at both at the community-level and within the offeror’s organization such that materials, marketing, promotion strategies, and direct peer-to-peer recovery coaching services are sustainable post-funding.
