Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of South Dakota, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Air Quality Program is seeking competitive responses to a Request for Proposal (hereafter referred to as “RFP”) for professional services to operate and maintain air monitoring equipment located in Watertown, SD. Continuous PM10 and PM2.5 Monitors Operate and maintain two continuous PM monitors according to the procedures in the equipment operation manual and standard operating procedures and: Conduct airflow check every two weeks using state equipment or as required by the State. Clean PM10 heads and PM2.5 heads and cyclones monthly. Clean BAM nozzle, pinch roller, capstan, and leak check every two weeks Change the PM monitor sample filter tape as needed. Conduct other equipment maintenance as required. Alert staff to monitor problems/errors.
