Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal the Office of Purchasing & Contracting is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide electric vehicle (EV) charging services to increase availability of electric vehicle charging equipment on state properties. These installations may serve multiple purposes, including facilitating the electrification of the state fleet, providing workplace charging for state employees and offering charging services to the general public. BGS is requesting proposals from firms interested in entering into an agreement with the State to furnish, install, maintain, operate, provide wireless connectivity solutions to and/or collect revenues from Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (Charging Stations).
