Specifications include, but are not limited to: The California Highway Patrol (CHP), Office of the Academy has two derelict modular building trailer units. CHP is in need of removing these trailers from the Academy grounds. The approximate dimensions of these modules are: Single Wide 12’X24’ and Double Wide 24’X45”. The modules must be picked up and removed as a whole unit. Dismantling or disassembly is not allowed inside the Academy. Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, forklifts, electrical, protective covering, transportation, licenses, or permits necessary to prepare, remove, and transport modular trailer units to an appropriate offsite salvage or disposition location. Contractor shall properly prepare, transport, and dispose of these units and ancillary materials to appropriate salvage and/or disposition location. Contractor shall dispose of all debris and shall leave the worksite clean and orderly each day.
