BUILDING MAINTENANCE, INSTALLATION AND REPAIR SERVICES DART wishes to procure labor and materials to replace a 7.5 ton package HVAC unit at the Pioneer Warehouse. The unit being replaced is a 7.5 ton Carrier package unit and is located on the roof, it is a gas fired unit. The existing unit model number is 48HJD014-651BB with a serial number of 13201G34135. The new unit to be installed shall be a Carrier or a Trane with the standard manufacturer warranty and at least a one year labor warranty. A crane will be required to remove the existing unit and set the new unit. The roof is approximately 35 feet high and the unit is about 30 feet from the edge. The voltage for the unit being replaced is 480 3 phase. A new disconnect and whip will be installed by the contractor. A new thermostat will be installed using the existing wiring. The contractor shall reconnect the condensate drain and gas line, replacing any piping required to complete the job. The contractor is to provide all tools, equipment, materials, and labor to complete this project. All work will be conducted in a safe manor taking DART staff into consideration
