Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. REMOVE and replace any existing wet or damaged composite roofing materials and replace with new materials as per manufacturer guidelines. New roofing materials must be able to withstand wind gusts of up to 100 mph.. B. Clean entire roof of debris, clean out all gutters and downspouts and ensure all mold growth is properly removed. C. Repair any dry rot as needed (billed time and materials). D. Properly reinforce all internal drains, as needed, to promote proper slope and drainage. E. Remove and replace any damaged sheathing or structural materials as needed. F. Repair and reinforce all pipes, vents, equipment, platforms, etc. throughout the roofing system as needed
