Specifications include, but are not limited to: Evaluate insurance pricing and coverage information from insurance carriers and make recommendations for placement of insurance. Evaluate all appropriate insurers for financial security, market niche, cost competitiveness, service reputation and capability. Provide BND with a list of prospective carriers for the policies and include the current AM Best rating for the carriers. In advance of each market submission, provide BND a copy of the specifications being presented to carriers. If needed, use Broker of Record (BOR) letters from BND to obtain quotations from all appropriate markets and make recommendations to BND as to the preferred choice. Provide BND copies of all insurer responses. Upon agreement with BND, secure coverage for each policy in a timely manner, providing uninterrupted certification of continuation of coverage, along with an invoice for payment. Provide BND with copies of all policy documents. Along with each policy, provide a comprehensive Summary of Coverage document adequate for full understanding of nature of coverage, limits and deductibles and important limitations and exclusions. Provide basic Insurance Producer services, including the following: Comprehensive review of binders, policies, endorsements, certificates and other documents to assure they are complete and accurate. (The Insurance Producer shall affix its signature to the document to evidence this review.)
