Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol’s (CHP), Northern Division Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facilities (CVEF) and Platform Scales, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Scale Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License/Certification Requirement: 1) Contractor State Licensing Board: C-61 / D-21, 2) Certificate of Accuracy traceable to the National Bureau of Standards. 3) Certificates issued by: Los Angeles County Weights and Measures, or the State Department of Food and Agriculture.
