Specifications include, but are not limited to: reconstruction of the alley from 2nd Avenue South to 1st Avenue South, between 2nd Street East and 3 rd Street East and the alley from 1st Avenue South to Kemp Avenue, between 2nd Street East and 3rd Street East. Reconstruction of the alleys consists of approximately 1,858 SY of pavement removal, 592 Ton of base course, 1,549 SY of PC concrete surfacing and 595 SF of concrete sidewalk. The Project also includes the reconstruction of two parking lots (7,814 SF & 8,294 SF). Both of the parking lots are adjacent to the alley project. Parking lot reconstruction consists of approximately 1,883 SY of pavement removal, 232 Ton of base course, 198 SF of sidewalk, 424 SF of monolithic sidewalk & curb, and 303 Ton of asphalt concrete surfacing.
