Specifications include, but are not limited to: Expected Duties: Deep Clean Common Areas (living room and kitchen): • dusting (including ceiling fans) • sink • polish all bright work in kitchen • vacuum and steam clean carpet (including spot removal) • wet mop, strip and wax hard floors (or buff hard floors) • clean interior and exterior of windows and blinds • clean interior, exterior and underneath refrigerator • clean interior and exterior of microwave and stove (if applicable) • clean interior and exterior surfaces of furniture and cabinets • clean and empty all light fixtures • wash down all baseboards Deep Clean Bathroom/Vanity: • dusting (including bathroom vents) • sinks • toilet stools and bowls • tubs/showers • polish all bright work in bathrooms • clean mirrors • clean interior and exterior surfaces of cabinets • clean and empty all light fixtures • wash down all baseboards • wet mop, strip and wax hard floors (or buff hard floors) Deep Clean Bedroom: • clean interior of windows and blinds • vacuum and steam clean carpet (including spot removal) • clean interior and exterior surfaces of furniture • clean and empty all light fixtures • wash down all baseboards Light Clean Common Areas (living room and kitchen): • dusting • sink • vacuum carpet • wet mop hard floors • clean interior and exterior refrigerator • clean interior and exterior of microwave and stove (if applicable) • clean exterior surfaces of furniture and cabinets
