Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1” filters – 12 pleats per linear foot 2” filters – 10 pleats per linear foot 4” filters – 9 pleats per linear foot Disposable Process: All filters must be disposed of at an off-site location. Waco ISD dumpster are not to be used for disposing of filters. Filters will be made with die cut filter frames for standard and special sizes. Filter frames will be made from beverage board with minimum thickness of .027. The filter frames must be printed with air flow arrows, nominal and exact size, and printed with month, day and year areas. Filter media 100% synthetic or a combination of cotton and synthetic fiber. Efficiency must be of at least 25% dust spot and an average of at least 90% when tested with ASHRAE 52.1 procedures
