Specifications include, but are not limited to:The project scope is to provide fundamental and enhanced commissioning services in conjunction with the construction of Southeast University Neighborhood Redevelopment at South Dakota State University, Brookings, South Dakota, OSE# R0318—09X. SDSU plans to provide between 210 and 225 beds of housing for upper division (juniors, seniors, and graduate) students. The housing shall be a mix of one, two, three, and/or four bedroom apartments in multiple buildings. The University anticipates that housing facilities will include two-story townhouses/apartments and three- or four-story apartment buildings. This housing will replace obsolete housing in the southeast corner of campus. The move in date for the project will be the fall of 2019.
