Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work shall include removal of existing blisters or imperfections in the existing roof membrane. Mechanically fasten specified substrate board per ASCE 7 criteria, fully adhering specified SBS modified base sheet, and fully adhering one ply of Thermoplastic Elvaloy® sheet. Provide a twenty (20) year NDL manufacturer's warranty with no exclusion for up to two-inch (2") diameter hail events, and a two (2) year contractor's warranty. Work shall also include all HVAC and electrical, piping disconnection and reconnection. Installation shall be as per National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA), ANSI/SPRI, specifications, details and manufacturer's guidelines.
