Provide turnkey solution to connect five office locations (Hilo Baseyard, Waimea Baseyard, Kona Baseyard, and Waiakea Office Plaza) over a synchronous, full duplex connection. Service provider is to provide a switch or router at each location and will hand off to the DWS via Ethernet connection. Service Provider is responsible for design, installation and maintenance, including repairs, servicing and troubleshooting, as well as provide all hardware/software equipment and upgrades. All equipment is maintained by and will remain the property of the Service Provider. Service Provider shall support both data and future real time applications on a fully meshed network that is capable of providing Quality of Services and any-toany connectivity between locations.
