The Consultant will provide expertise to the Administration in the interpretation of environmental regulations, and services to ensure compliance with local, state and/or federal environmental regulations, and aviation industry best practices, as they pertain to BWI Thurgood Marshall and/or MTN. Additionally, the consultant will provide support and ongoing development of the Administration’s Environmental Management Information System (EMIS). The scope of services to be provided by the selected Consultant may include, but not be limited to, the following services: 1. Provide insight into emerging environmental compliance management and sustainability trends at airports and develop integrated strategic environmental management systems and practices to reduce long term risks and liability; 2. Provide interpretation of environmental regulations and support development of programs and management systems to ensure airport activities and operations at BWI Thurgood Marshall and MTN remain in compliance. Develop enhancements for, updates to, and investigate potential replacements for the Administration’s existing EMIS. 3.
