COPE OF WORK Specifications The specifications for hotel lodging, accommodations, and meeting space, are indicated below. The Bidder shall be in Lakeland, Daytona, or St. Augustine, Florida. The Bidder must provide rooms that are non-smoking and clean with functioning heat/air conditioning, plumbing, and television. Rooms may have queen or king-size beds, or a mixture, the Department does not require a specific room type. The Bidder must have at least a four (4) star rating on www.TripAdvisor.com. The Bidder shall accommodate the room reservation totals and dates specified below: Alternative dates: April 13th-15th check out 16th. Ombudsman-2026 Volunteer-Awareness Training-Conference April 20-23,2026 Monday- 20th State-Council Meeting Meet and greet Tuesday 21st Guest-Speakers Awareness Training Wednesday 22nd Guest-Speakers-Awards ceremony Thursday 23rd Check-out day Number-of Rooms 200 200 200 The Bidder will allow cancellations, free of charge, per room up to 24 hours prior to check-in date. The Bidder shall be able to accommodate an estimated 200 training attendees with a final count to be provided by the Department 15 calendar days prior to the check-in date.
