A one-time purchase of HPE Extended Warranty CarePack services for existing HPE server infrastructure, for use by the SJC MIS Department. The scope of this solicitation includes the provision of HPE manufacturer-supported CarePack services to extend warranty and support coverage for County-owned HPE servers, as detailed. Coverage shall apply to the specific HPE server models and serial numbers listed for a term of one (1) year. All CarePack services must be genuine HPE products, with no substitutions permitted, and include applicable technical support, hardware replacement, and firmware and software updates. Coverage shall begin upon expiration of the existing warranty or support term with no lapse in service. Services must be new, unused, unregistered, delivered electronically, and include all required HPE warranty and CarePack registration documentation.
