The purpose of this RFP is to enter into cooperative contracts with qualified Offerors to provide Utah Driver Education Online Scheduling Software that allows customers to register for classes, sign custom contracts, make payments, schedule drive times, get text message reminders and access teacher feedback. Please see the Scope of Work attached in the Files section for further details. Introduction and Background: USBE is seeking to make available to Utah LEAs and charter schools, options for driver education online scheduling software. In accordance with this provision, it is anticipated that this RFP will result in multiple contract awards for solutions complying with the above and with the requirements of this RFP. Given the cooperative nature of this RFP, it is expected that offerors shall propose a wide array of equipment, products, and/or services at lower prices and with better value than what they would ordinarily offer to the public or to a single government entity.
